A big thank you to all the guys at making my visit a special one - my best day was the final behind the scenes and a special Cheetah chat later that day were Kenya licked my leg. I will never forget the experience meeting the Big Cats at Zion.

Kenya arrived from South Africa approximately 3 years ago.  He was very nervous and untrusting of humans.  Ash, Zion's Senior Keeper has spent many hours working with both Kenya and Thabo, and now both cats enjoy human interaction.

Thabo is our female cheetah at Zion. She is more shy than her mate Kenya, but when she is feeling relaxed and happy, you will often hear her 'chirping' happily in the sunshine.
